Disconnecting everyday

Hi, my modem is giving me these error messages and disconnecting me every day. Tried restarting and the VM fault test says my connection is fine. When I ring up, they say the same I've disconnected my pfSense box to check and still the messages come up on the modem itself, in the log:

From looking at the connection it does appear there are some issues with the power levels on some of the downstream channels. I have booked a tech to come and look into this further, you can find the details of this visit here 

 

If there are any issues with the date, please let me know and I can look to reschedule this for you, please be aware this was the earliest available appointment and any changes would delay this.

Hi, quick update.

The engineer came out and replaced the cable from the cabinet to my house.

Its been working brilliantly since!  🙂
