Hi, recently moved into a UniHomes house 4 days ago, set up our hitron router with a self-installation kit with no issues, waited atleast 24 hours as the booklet suggests and have yet to see any connection to any of our devices in the home, did some digging and and apparently the service for our house has been disconnected, service in the area shows all green and no problems, can anyone help with our account? Maybe get us reconnected? Thanks

As this is a Hitron router it means that it is a Business account.
You would need to speak with Uniholmes and ask them to call Business customer care to make sure that the account has been activated with the equipment.
