Disappointing No follow up from forum team member

Forum team member said she would arrange engineer support for on- going router dropping signal issues. Have direct messaged but received no response. Please could another member of the team take this on as my 19 year relationship as a customer of VM broadband is on the brink of    discontinuation and have already sourced another potential ISP.
