Disabled wifi keeps switching back on

Hi I've seen posts about the hub3 wifi switching back on after being disabled and I now have this issue. I use router mode with my own router in dmz as I have 1 second connection drops randomly when in modem mode. Is there anyway to stop the wifi switching back on as this is becoming a pain.

Can you post your Hub status and logs?
Someone should be spot if there is a problem
Navigate to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode)
Don't log in!
Click on 'router status'
Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs. The forum software will remove the MAC addresses for you (you may need to click the 'post' button again).

Also, set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc - You can do this at ThinkBroadband (https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality)
Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum!

Had to setup a new monitor as it was set for modem mode and I'm router mode now.

Pretty sure my power values are fine might be wrong though. But the wifi issue is my main issue atm

Modem mode should run fine with your router setup a BQM in modem mode with your router relying to the pings.

Ok set it back to modem mode and enabled the graph again should update soon.

There's a drop in modulation on one upstream channel showing.  As a one off that might not matter, but could be evidence of an upstream problem that would create dropouts (although should be the same in either router or modem mode).  Let the hub run for 12-24 hours in modem mode, repost all stats including the full network log, and we can look at that with the BQM and see if there's anything obvious.

Regarding the self-reenabling wifi, that's a known firmware bug with the Hub 3.  It should get fixed, eventually.

Hi @Myst1caL_

Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for posting.

I am sorry to hear that your WiFi keeps re-enabling after disabling this. As @Andrew-G has correctly advised, it is a known Firmware issue that we are aware of and we do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have taken a look at your account and all your power levels are within spec and there are no outages that could be causing any intermittent drops in service. I'd advise you to continue monitoring things and keeping us posted.

Thank you
