Didn't receive a Hub 5 when upgrading my package

I was on M500 and was out of my 18 month contract period. Called to cancel, asked about Hub5 and saw online that you can only get this with Gig1. So instead, I upgraded at a decent price, expecting the Hub 5. 

They've just sent a Hub 4 and when I contacted customer support, they just said its out of stock. Why advertise Hub 5 if thats not what we are being given? Does anyone know when and if they will eventually send out newer routers? This was a big part of the appeal as more and more of my devices have Wifi6.

Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 🙂

Due to stock issues and other factors out of our control we cannot guarantee which hubs are sent out, however as soon as we're able to provide a hub 5 we will. 

The hub 4 will still be able to get 1Gig of speeds however.
