I'm currently trying to use some Denon HEOS multiroom speakers (router is a Superhub 3), but they frequently cut out or drop off the network completely. When they do work, operation through the control app is sluggish and unreliable. Performance is the same whether wired or wireless, and I've tried factory resetting the hub. I've tested them on a different network (with a Superhub 2ac) and they behave perfectly. Is there a compatibility issue here?
Over wifi, does that mean you have switched off smart wifi and renamed the Hub3's ssid's to separate the 2 networks out?
