Delivery date

I received a email saying my broadband should arrive 6/2/23 it is now 8/2/23 and I haven’t received a email confirming delivery date or an email with my contact as it says I would have on the initial email

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
