Default Password

Hi 

Hoping someone can help, my internet has recently been crashing and I would like to try and change the password on my router so when connecting I don't have to keep putting the long password in.

I have tried to access the hub setting as per the recommendations but when I do it says welcome back and then will not accept the password on the sticker. Not that I can remember accessing it.

I have tried to think what the password might be but nothing is working, I don't want to reset the whole router as then I have to connect all the phone's, computer etc back up which will just cause even more stress. Is there anyway of just getting the setting password changed to allow me to do what I need?

no you will have to factory reset the hub
