Having some gardening work done at the moment and the virgin cable has been damaged in the process.
The cable was essentially on the surface.
How do I report this? Tried calling the number but wasn't sure which options to pick.

You report it as a fault.
Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
