Hi
For the past few weeks i have been seen daily very poor performance between 8pm and 10:30pm, with dropped packets as well.
I setup a BQM and it is showing high latency and dropped packets also.
Virgin Media - please can you fix this as it has been ongoing for a number of weeks now?

Everyone on virgins network has the same hump with a sprinkle of packetloss at the moment.
They are not saying what is
or that there even is a problem.

Do any other devices slow down at the same time
How are you connected to the devices
If by ethernet is it with a CAT6 cable
