I have had daily dropouts for a couple of months now and poor wifi for years. The wifi is truly awful and coverage is poor in a normal 3 bedroom house that doesn't have thick walls. The issues I have had recently is dropout's and this is both through Wifi and Ethernet. Checking the router I get the below (I have removed the MAC address). I get daily dropouts and sometimes several on one day. Checked and it says there are no issues either on my line or the local area and I have rebooted the router. Any help much appreciated.

Thanks for coming back to us mburke78.
We have done some further checks and can see you only have two devices connected via Ethernet cable, all other devices are connected on 5g.
Are you able to distribute some of you devices and connect to the 2.4g?
Can we also ask if we can get a screen shot of your speed test from a wired connection only?
When you're doing your BQM the truest BQM ever is one where all Wi-Fi is switched off from the hub. This means no Wi-Fi being used whatsoever, even background data, and all equipment disconnected except form the testing PC, also modem mode.
Can you perform the BQM monitor this way for us please and post the results?
Kind regards Jodi.
