DNS resolution error

I am unable to access studentservices.traveledex.com via VM broadband. Everyone else can access it (not on VM) and going via mobile networks is no problem.

Tried two different laptops and Edge, Firefox and Chrome on both but no luck. Flushing DNS and rebooting all equipment makes no difference.

Is there some problem with VM resolving subdomains ?

Re: DNS resolution error

Site runs fine here, run cmd
tracert studentservices.traveledex.com
if it don't start then change your DNS on device to 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8 or 9.9.9.9

Re: DNS resolution error

Thanks for that. I’m running VM in modem mode connected to an ASUS AC3200. Maybe something there I need to check although I can access the main site no problem

Re: DNS resolution error

No, that's a page from the main website.

It turns out there was an error when creating the subdomain.

All sorted now, thanks everyone
