DHCP Lease Time Settings

I have a Super Hub 3 and one of my hard-wired connected devices keeps dropping offline. The manufacturer has advised me that I need to change the DHCP lease time for this device to less than 24 hours. Please can someone advise me how I can do this. Many thanks

I've located your details and there appears to be an SNR area fault present under the ticket reference F006558677, with a review currently set for 12 OCT 2018. You might find that your Virgin Fibre, Virgin TV or TiVo® services are intermittent, with the picture freezing or disappearing now and then.

 

We are sorry and our engineers are working hard to resolve this for you.
