My internet has crashed. Since 8am this morning, I have called Virgin 5 times. Been cut off 4 times, been told a different story by all and basically fobbed off. Still no action.

Anyone else have similar issues and do anyone know an alternative number to call where someone will actually take responsibility for the issue?

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level.
