Crap app - cannot resume connection

Anybody have any idea why I can’t ‘resume connection’ on the app? So annoying! £70pm contract with a 5p a month service!

Suspending WiFi of modern devices that can rapidly morph to a new MAC address is going to be a tail chasing task.

Did you try login to the Hub's menus and remove the blocked MAC address ?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the app. Have you fixed this? If not, try removing and re-adding, should fix it.
