Coverage loss

Hi all,

Virgin informed me of some work they were carrying out last Tuesday and my services would be down. When they came back on, the WiFi coverage was terrible. No signal upstairs and on partly downstairs where before, the whole house and garden was covered. Could anyone help as to what the problem or issue could be?

Have you reset your Hub since the work was completed? Please try this and let me know how things are working for you afterwards.

I did a factory reset and that seems to have done the trick. Thanks for your help,
