Could this be anything within the network?

Tuning in

Hi all,

being open minded to the possibility that the issues I'm having could possibly somehow not be down to the router (superhub), line, or upstream equipment.

We keep having intermittent connectivity drop outs. often the line doesn't complete drop out but pre and post RS errors climb in the thousands for all streams.

the BQM shows massive spikes and red patches of complete drop outs during these times so the router isn't responding (or isn't able to respond) during these instances.

I have rejigged the internal network. we don't use the superhub wifi. I have a google wifi mesh plugged into the superhub and everything hangs off that with a switch inside the google wifi.

I used to have a couple of devices plugged directly into the superhub and they experience the same problems.

previous engineers have suggested that it could somehow be my internal kit causing the outside to become unreachable. my experience suggests this is bunkum but i'm open to a teachable moment.

The below is the router stats a day after a reset that cleared the figures
