Could VM person help Volt customer wanting to order wifi pods

Hi,

I am a Volt customer and I would like to order wifi pods.

I require one for the ground floor and one for my attic room.

Please try following the instructions <<< here >>> 

If that doesn't work  you can also call by calling 0800 064 3850 to order a pod (they will only send out one at a time, and there must be an interval of at least one week before a second order will be accepted)

Call around 8am if possible when lines first open and are least busy.

You can only order one wifi pod at a time and there must be a gap of one week before you can order a second or third pod.

A member of the Forum Team may pick this up for you in a day or two.

Can you please confirm if you have been able to complete the checks on the Connect Application?

If speed tests were ran, what speeds were being recorded?

Hi,

checks were carried out - speeds of less than 5mbps in attic room, and around 12mbps in living room.
