beware of any 'wifi mobile' numbers though which are prefixed with 07, and can look like regular mobile numbers, but are charged at a higher rate (see footnote at bottom of page 5 from the above document). To identify such numbers you need to refer to this doc below (dated April 2020, does not seem to be a more up to date version) and find the charging band for the particular number code.
