Continued faults

Hi

Been a 2 year ordeal. Finally new wiring supplied to property after fault accepted. 

Unfortunately still regularly having to reset although not as regularly it's now maximum once a day but shouldn't be happening.

Please just provide me with a solution to the issues. New router next? I'm also expecting some sort of compensation for this as it's gone way past reasonable.

Downstream power levels look borderline too high! - Could be that you need a tech visit and a Forward Path Attenuator to bring them down - Generally those levels *should* be acceptable but if you are having issues then they would be the first thing I'd try and remedy!
