Contacting Support

Why is it so difficult to get in touch with support!?

I've spent the last 20-30 minutes trying to get in touch with support to get some assistance with my Network issue.

I complete the Hub connection test and it prompts to say that the test has failed as the Hub is in modem mode (which is to be expected), it then redirects me to contact support, which is difficult as the "Chat Online" button doesn't work.

Can someone please provide a link that will actually start an online chat with support?

High latency, wanting to see if its an issue with my Hub or if its a wider scale issue in my local area.

Been an issue with the last week, on and off.

Have you called the  Service Status number  0800 561 006?

This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
