Hi there, I need to get in touch with someone urgently regarding an engineer appointment which has been made without checking my availability first.

I've moved this post to the managing Your Account section - VM Forum Staff don't usually check the natter section.

If you have an active VM account you can log into My Virgin Media either on the webiste or via the app and change the appointment date by clicking on Orders and Appointments.
