Hi, I have had an engineer come by and change some wires but I still have the problem of intermittent wifi; the wifi slows down, the router reboots and at first displays red wifi lights, then 3 green lights. It then starts after a couple of minutes.
This is on all devices, over wifi, and happens approximately 10-15 times a day at this point.
A principle engineer will be visiting, but this required a lot of talking as everyone on the call centres claims there is no fault.
Here are my logs:

Hi @fordxman5,
Thanks for keeping us updated on this, did the engineer recognise the issue and check the cables at all or the cabinets?
Did he suggest what to do if the issue occurs again?
Have you also carried out a reboot since the engineer has left just so we can check the issues on our end?
If so, we are more than happy to take a further look into this, but please do let me know.
Thanks

I will write in order what has happened
1st engineer replaced wires, problem persisted
2nd senior engineer changed router, checked every single wire problem persisted, at my house and down the street
He suggested to remove the cctv ethernet wire as this could be causing the problem , I removed it, problem still remains.
That's all I believe
