Constant red light on super hub

Hi, for the past 2 weeks I've had a red light on the front of my hub and it won't change no matter what. I've tried every trick in the book so far and nothing has fixed it for me. There seems to be no issues with the router itself apart from the odd drop of connection lately but I think thats due to work been done in the area.

Could anyone assist me on either fixing this issue or aquiring a new hub? I've tired to contact the landline numbers but I can't get through for automated messages and then get cut off it's useless and frustrating.
