Constant drop outs using pod via Ethernet

Hi I’m using a Wi-Fi pod in my study plugged and connecting to my Mac via ethernet . I appear to get signal drop outs every 5-10 minutes which I’ve tracked using a monitoring tool. The signal appears strong

I can try that but I doubt it !

Have you tried using the pod wirelessly rather than by Ethernet?

yes I have ...its not as good without ethernet
