Constant connection issues

As the title and no matter how many times I reboot the Hub it never really gets any better. So some details from the Hub pasted below if it is useful for interpretation.

your upstream power levels are fine.. but your downstream is all not looking so good.. first would be checking all coax (white cable) are finger tight.. since looking for power levels on downstream close to 0dbmv as possible.. but anything around 0 to 6dbmv is ok depending on some other factors..
if the power levels are around the same, this more than likely would require a tech visit can wait around 2-5+ days for the forum staff to reply, or if need quicker can call faults via 150 / 0345 454 1111

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

 

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and can confirm paultechy's assessment is correct. We'll need to send a technician to adjust your downstream levels.

I have just resited my Hub without making any changes to the connections. The new location is more central and fewer bends on the cable, however the connection data is no better. So I assume I need to book a visit. Data from the router is below.

The downstream power levels you've posted are ranged too far and that's likely to cause problems. Let's get a technician arranged. I've just sent you a private message to get this process started.
