Constant buffering

Im experiencing constant buffering on my amazon firestick and have 100 speed broadband eoth my super hub 3 amy help would much appreciated

Its like my speeds is being frottled been happening off and on for about 2 years every time i call vm they say issues in the area

well since not got access to the systems the forum staff do, need to get further information
Would need to check the signal levels if could go to http://192.168.0.1 or if using modem mode http://192.168.100.1 clicking router status top right or bottom of page depending on hub [no need to login - depending on hub] and if could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log, don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it.. try and avoid using screen shots..

Anything hardwired does the  same thing including tivo box and new tv box and when i search http address it always says problem with server and cant even longbin to router, vm sent me a new router but still having the same problem

Just out of curiosity, how many devices are you running on the Wi-Fi?

 

I have a sneaky suspicion that there may be too many devices using the broadband services at once, and are possibly some of those devices being high data users, usually caused by streaming and gaming.

 

Upping your package to 200 could be the answer as this has been an issue using two different hubs
