Constant Red light super hub 3.0

Hi, I’m looking for some help please.

The last 16+ weeks my router has had a constant red light on it and there’s been WiFi connection issues ever since. 
Following the self help section which states overheating I’ve pulled the router out a bit to no success. I’ve since done 3 pin hole resets with the router to that also having no success. I’ve now been in contact with tech support with that also having no success with them stating they are providing the service with the internet working via Ethernet cable even though this error light is constant and the wifi is inconsistent.
How do I go about trying to fix this or even getting a new router?
