Constant Red Light on Hub3.0

Hi,

I have had a constant red light on by Hub3.0 for over a week. 

I have tried turning off and on: the red light stays on. 

I have tried resetting via the pinhole many times: the red light stays on.

The unit is in an open area so shouldn't be getting hot from its position. 

It feels hot to the touch at the top.

There are no connection problems, but I am concerned about a fire risk knowing that this is an overheating warning light.

Can someone help?!
