Connection

Hi never done this 😂

The reciever on my phone is waiting repair. I can't get through to virgin. I'm going round in circles to get on live chat. 

I don't use my land line.. 

Theres issues regarding connecting my box to virgin media. I had this Saturday, but it was resolved by going on the network settings  and reconnecting.

It keeps saying (failed whilst negotiating) 

I've restarted, turned off at the main switch, run the tests online but it keeps saying to contact virgin but I can't. 

I just need online chat to get it sorted, can't seem to find it.

You can call in on any phone on 0345 454 1111 this is a national rate number so will be included in any free minutes bundle you have on a mobile (for example).

What "box" are you having trouble with - is it the V6 TV box? If so how is it connected to the Hub - wifi or ethernet cable? If wifi - try it temporarily on a Cat6 ethernet cable and see if that solves the issue
