Connection keeps dropping

Can't seem to keep internet connection for more than a few minutes (2nd go at this).  Loses connection and comes back with either 2 power cycles or maybe just comes back about 40 minutes later.  Expired my 6 equipment test for the day (all failed).  Phone help isn't there.

Logs not looking good. Post up all the data from the downstream and upstream pages as well

Also, in the meantime, if you haven’t already, set up a free “Broadband Quality Monitor” to continually monitor the state of your connection and record any true network dropouts , latency issues, packet drops, etc - it will thus allow you to differentiate between those and simple wifi dropouts. It does it 24/7/365 and it keeps a visual record of any/all of your network disconnections, useful data to have to match to the Network logs (in your Hub settings) and also in discussions with VM - note it will take a few hours to start seeing a sensible picture - post up the “link” (as per instructions on the TB website) when you have the first 24h period.

The tables do not transfer very sensibly.  I think it is misinterpreted HTML, but I'll have a think of how to get them in.  There is nothing showing in the upstream list.

The downstream reports Pre RS errors on most channels (23/24).  Most single figures, but includes 14, 15, 15, 16.

I'll have a look at getting the monitor.

Yes they do, there are dozens posted up every day on these fora, just scan through a few threads you will see them.

Copy and paste as formatted text if you get the HTML error when you press send - then just press send again and they will go.
