Unfortunately multiple times during the day the internet connection to my router drops (running in modem mode with a Netgear Nighthawk router).

I have had a look and the Downstream has flagged up an one upstream level is out of range
It is going to need an engineer to come out
I will need to send you a private message to pass security to arrange this
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
