Connection keep dropping/slowing down

Hi all

Been with VM for 15yrs+ and recently started to experience issues. I normally use the superhub2 in modem mode and have my devices all connected via my linksys router. After the connection constantly kept dropping, I’ve remove the router and put the superhub2 back into router mode. It’s been better but still not great, pics of logs

Upstream is too high, phone customer services and get a technician to fix.

Call VM customer services who say everything looks fine their end and they wouldn’t send anyone out

connection dropped again today with some t4 timeouts, lost mdd timeout and another with code 82000400

Really getting sick of it now

Hi Sgarg,

Sorry to hear you're getting drop outs and poor speeds. Looking at the stats you've posted I can see your upstream power levels are bordering on the higher limit. 

I've tried to check your live stats from here but have been unable to locate your account.

I've just sent you a private message requesting some details so I can investigate further and arrange the technician if needed.
