Connection issue

The connection with my laptop is unstable, within an hour 3-4 times disconnects. I am not satisfied at all.

The speed is not fast and strong.

The capacities I should have is 10 times less than your advertisements.

I need help as soon as possible, please.

Is this with wired or wireless connection?

If it’s WiFi try with wired - Ethernet - and see if still the same

I know a bit about Wi-Fi, Telecoms, and TV as I used to do it for a living but I'm not perfect so don't beat me up... If you make things you make mistakes!
