Connection is dropping for a couple of minutes every couple of days

Hi

My connection is dropping out for a couple of minutes every couple of days, this has bene happening for the last few weeks, before this there were no issues

I seem to be getting a number of T3 timeouts, could this be the issue? If so any ideas on how I resolve it?

This is the log data from today when i have just experienced it again

Any help would be really appreciated
