Connection dropouts

Hi guys,

I have recently started having some issues with my broadband, this is the log when i lose connection.

the downstream SnR is showing a massive issue.. would make sure all white (coax) cable are finger tight, would be close to a week for the forum staff to check things over. with high chance will require a tech visit, if need quicker would need to call faults via 150 / 0345 454 1111

It's interesting that a reboot boosted your power levels by 1 dBmV. Ideally it should be between 0 and 4 dBmV.

If you have an attenuator on the back of your modem, try removing it (and if so, how many dB is it?). If you don't have an attenuator, and there is nothing obviously wrong with the cabling, call VM and get them to send an engineer to connect you to a higher gain tap.

Thanks for responding to my message. I've been able to run some checks on your connection and everything looks great at the moment. Hub power levels look fine and are SNR is good. Are you still experiencing these disconnections? 

If so, are you connected wired or wireless? Could you post a copy of the hubs network log?

Hi, the connection has been fine recently.

I only use a wired connection where i can because all of my wireless deviced can sometime take ages to connect to the superhub.
