Connection down most of the time

Engineer came yesterday to get our internet working. I was at work when he finished, I came home to find it was unreliable. Didn't screenshot it but downstream power levels seemed a little high (in the range of 10-13)

I wake up today to find that when the router briefly connects, power levels are between -15 and -24, but most of the time it's just not connected at all. SNR may also be a little low, and there are a lot of errors. I'm no expert though, so I was hoping for a second opinion from somebody who knows what they're doing.

Not sure if this makes any difference but it's a Hub 5.

This is how it looked a few mins ago, before it went back to saying no connection at all

In case that screenshot is hard to read, I grabbed it in text form as well

Yep, clearly an issue with the power levels and noise on the line.

It would be worth just checking that the plugs each end of the coax cable are properly fitted.  The very low signal levels could be caused by a loose connection.
