Here's the relevant BQM from the past 12 hour. The big red blip at the start is just me resetting the HUB myself. Every 4 or 5 hours for 2 minutes or so. I don't know what color it blinks because the HUB itself is upstairs and when I go to check on it the connection has usually returned.Wj8CbPB.png

there seems to be a problem with the hub you conclude - please humour me - where do you see that - the levels are just about perfect - there is no snr showing as a problem

i am not disputing there is a problem just curious to know how you conclude its the hub

The technician came and fixed something to do with the power levels, but still every device lost signal to the hub on both wired and wireless 30 minutes later. Definitely something up with the HUB, it's not like the connection from Virgin Media or the little green box round the corner could completely reset my HUB from the inside out and mess both the wired and wireless signal up, right? If it was virgin, I'd still be connected and it would just be pending connection, with the little triangle next to the connection on the Windows taskbar, but it just disappears completely, even on wired... There's no "troubleshooting" stuff or anything like that, it's like I haven't plugged the ethernet in, and the Wi-Fi connectoin isn't in the dropdown at all until it comes back on a while later. Can I request a replacement?

This is tedious, I never had any of these problems with BT.

post the new levels - no idea what a tech did they were pretty well spot on - wait for VM to decide what to do next - ask you how its been if they answer to form!

well he has done something to lift the downstream levels a few points - why is the question they were fine to start with

my guess its change for change sake and it gets him away with you hopeful that he knows what he is doing

utterly pointless
