Hi having problems with Facebook and you tube buffering tried all the usual reboots etc 

seems everything else is working ok anyone managed to sort this issue and could help what to do next?

I have the same issue speed tests show no fault but try to watch twitch tv youtube play leage of legends its like i have dial up had 3 guys out today checked every thing change router lines etc no fix. All internet in house is rubbish i have tryed my own router and changed Dns server it make no difference only way i can get a decent connection with no failled loading of page buffering is to tether to my phone most of my friend have the same issue and were in southyorkshire btw have been with virgin 4 years was perfect till last friday

I'm in South Yorkshire aswell unfortunately I don't have the privilege to tether my phone as we don't have a phone with enough data plans. So we're stuck with dial up style loading until VM figure this issue out. It's interesting to hear somebody In Scotland is having the same issues though. I'll ring up every week I will I'll not let it rest, I pay big bucks for this 1Gig fibre, I refuse to sit by and let it happen and they're putting the prices up aswell.

Edit: also when you say last Friday do you mean Feb 10th or the 3rd? because the 3rd is around the time my issue started.

its insulting when you ring up and they say there is no problem or have you tryed to reset like thats not the first thing people do or then you come on here and read someone blaming peoples equipment its a joke ive made a formal complaint to virgin so i believe they have 28 days to fix it or iam entitled to leave my current contract if i was you id do the same as i dont think there is any end in sight to this. 3rd of feb it started

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment, I have looked into your connection on our system and cannot see anything that would be causing these issues.

Hi no still having problems only had it installed less than two weeks feel like going back to bt phoned last Saturday they told me to do the pin hole reset and wait 24hrs and they’ll phone me back but they never and is still the same not loading instagram and Facebook pictures can buffer on social media videos 

what shall I don’t next ?
