Hi, I've searched the forums and seen that a few posts have been answered and have been helped to be resolved here for an issue that I think I'm having. I'd appreciate if someone could have a look at my logs to see if there is an issue here. My connection seems to drop off quite regularly. Very frustrating trying to work from home.

I'm sorry for the issues that you're having at the moment and I have looked into this further and can see an issue with your upstream power levels, that will need a technician visit to resolve.

I disconnected and retightened the coax at the router and wall presentation just to make sure, and that hasn't solved it. I've rebooted the hub multiple times. Its weird that the SSID seems to default every now and again to its VM***** name and I can see loads more VM***** SSIDs before it regains the name I gave it and the other SSIDs disappear. Devices are also kicked off the SSID. It doesnt look to lose power as the SSID doesnt disappear completely for that amount of time. And BQM is showing that the IP is being unreachable.
