Tuning in

Been getting an increasingly unreliable connection. Looking at the modem's status I see:

We need the full stats and the log, but also check for local issues.

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.

I would post more but it's a major PITA, message length and unspecific HTML formatting issues (I'm just cut/pasting from the modem's page)

Dialled the 150 line check, turned up nothing.

The most recent network log has:

"12/03/2023 05:56:51 - critical - No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;"

Which has a T3 timeout, but in general the entries in the log don't coincide with the connection stalls of which I'm getting a dozen or so a day.

Break it into separate entries. The HTML error get auto corrected by the board software it you just accept them. I always get these when I copy/paste on my iPad Pro.

Ah, just got a stall (been pretty good today until now) and I see the T3 Timeout has clicked up one.

It's a Hub 3, can not remember how long we've had it, but years. Maybe on it's way out?
