Connection Issues

Does anyone know please how you can actually speak to anyone from Virgin?
My connection is abysmal and keeps dropping every few minutes. You ring the automated service they run a test and confirm the connection is dodgy. We'll send you a text they say, but nothing appears!
I've been with Virgin for many years and I hate to think how much I've spent with them. All I want for them is to address the issue - what a great way to treat a loyal customer.

You can phone them or use the SMS service.

But, what exactly appears to be the issue?
