Hi there i have just gotten Virgin
and i cannot for the life of me get my Wifi Bulbs to connect!!!
I have Tapo bulbs https://www.tapo.com/uk/product/smart-light-bulb/
I have tried:
- turning router on and off again
- I have tired multiple time to set up the bulb
- turned off the 5ghz on the router
- i turned off Smart Wifi

Start at the very beginning, including resetting the bulbs
and setting the Hub to Wireless >>> Security WPA2 ( only )

its always been on that setting. the hub3 arrive like that.
