If you are connecting on wifi it should just need the wifi password.

If on ethernet it should just connect directly.

What make/model/year of laptop is it ?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Im trying to connect my work laptop, don't really know what type it is or age, when i try to connect to my wifi by entering my password it then asks for the Network security key, this is what I'm struggling with.

Has you work's IT Department locked it to their network or something similar - or does it connect ok on other Networks?

Think that's the problem, I'll have a word with the it department tomorrow

Thank you 👍
