Swapped my hub 3 out for a hub 4.
When I try to scan my network the connect app takes me to a trouble shooting screen saying “not working? Please makes sure....”
I have tried all the things it has told me and can’t get it to work. The hub 4 is working. I can connect to the SSID and access the internet.
I need the connect app to work so I can order two boosters to get rid of my dead spots.
I have noticed in the connect app when you click on “start scan” it takes you to another screen which has a “I’m ready” button at the bottom. At the top is says “hub 3” I guess this is NOT right. I have just upgraded to a hub 4
AFAIK the Hub 4 does not work with the Connect app as yet ?
So how do I order boosters when I have to hold on the phone for > 20 minutes only to speak to someone who hasn’t a clue what they are talking about?
Sorry don’t know. Apart from make sure you ring at 08:00 to avoid queues. Personally I use my own networking kit.
