Every time I try to use the app I get the message we cannot find your hub everything is working fine apart from the app and without it I’m struggling to limit my children’s access
The connect app can take a while to connect. It may connect today or it may take until tomorrow to connect. Just persevere and make sure you are on the VM wifi network and you are not using a VPN.

You have just seen how unreliable the VM Connect app can be, imagine that it fails again leaving all the WiFi devices paused forever !
Every week I have to post on here about how to manually disable Wireless MAC Filtering on a Hub when someone has in error paused the own phone or some other critical device like an office laptop.
Best advice is leave this dangerous function alone.
