Hi,
Virgin connect app does not work, it's connected go hub 4 OK, but does not pause any devices, even when it says the device is paused! I've rebooted the hum numerous times, unstalled the app as well and tried it on other phones and still no luck. Been in touch with technical still no resolved.

Pausing and un-pausing devices is fraught with dangers.
Better to forget/delete the SSID from the device to be disconnected.
