Connect app can't find hub 3

Hi I'm trying to connect my hub using the connect app but after either scanning or manually inputting the settings password it says it can't find my hub I'm connected to my WiFi can anyone help please.

Hi, do you have a screenshot of the error you are getting? Have you tried rebooting both the hub and  the device you are trying to use the app on? ^PDe

Does it say hub 3.0 on the sticker on the bottom of your hub?

Have you changed the settings password in the past = the one you use to log-in hub via browser @ 192.168.0.1 ?.

No haven't changed anything I'm at a loss as to what the issue can be it's frustrating.

Hi Teabag,

 

I'll be honest, it's usually a different error that we see if the customer has made any changes to the login details for their hub.

 

BlackWinter, have you tried a pinhole reset of your hub to see if this makes a difference? Reset Your Hub

I am also having the same trouble however I have changed my login password.

I have tried resetting the hub, deleting and reinstalling the app but nothing appears to work.

Can you please advise how I can resolve this matter

Do you have any screen shots of the error message you're getting?

Have you tried messaging our support team via the help section of the app?
