on the connect App - when i select Broadband - i get the below error. Although my WiFi seems to be working ok.
"Not supported service provider. No such object"
Try Again.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community.
I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the Connect App. As mentioned above by lotharmat, only the Hub 3 is able to connect currently. I've not been able to locate your account using your forum credentials to check if this is the Hub you have.
If you do have the Hub 3 then if lotharmat's suggestion above doesn't help, we have generated support pages highlighting issues that can prevent the App connecting to the Hub and what to do to fix them on your device. The support pages can be found here.
