Computer wont stay connected, wi-fi or ethernet.

Hi

My phone stays connected through wi-fi all the time, my computer decides to disconnect a lot, no matter if I'm on ethernet or wi-fi, its irritating as I need my computer for studying and  work. I don't own the broadband as I'm in a home share so I can't even contact them myself to fix the issue. Does anyone know what to do.

make sure your drivers up to date try that frist if other it can be a router problem or a faulty one you can put letters in other doors if you share this connection to get in contact with the provider or it needs a new network cable from the router to the pc or a new internet switch if its home share

Hi cybersquid thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.

Sorry to hear that your PC/Laptop appears to be having issues connecting to the WiFi.  Have you followed the steps recommended by DavidJWalker?
